BE IT RESOLVED that the undersigned registered voter, by signing this petition, does so to indicate
his or her desire for a Charter Commission to be established to propose to the people the unification of all governmental
and corporate functions of Rutherford County and its principal city of Murfreesboro and the creation of a unified
government for the administration of the unified functions.
